What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and ApplePay.
When will my order be processed?
Your order is processed within 24 hours.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive, you can simply contact us at info@haktu.com and we will be happy to help you with any issue.
What is the status of my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number that we provide you after your purchase. The number is sent to your email as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process a return?

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
